All-star cast on tracks with Asafa Powell
A high profile list of entertainers is down to perform at A Night on Tracks charity concert hosted by former 100-metre world record holder and the third fastest man of all time, Asafa Powell, at the Lime Golf Academy on December 20.
Headlining this concert are his performing friends, Elephant Man, Tanya Stephens, Nadine Sutherland, Tarrus Riley, Freddie McGregor, Wayne Marshall, Cherine Anderson, Tessanne Chin, Chalice Band, Alaine, Omari, Lenya Wilks, Romaine Virgo, Martin Heritage, Ras Penco, Raging Fire, Bryan Art, Jessica Yapp, Chino, Chris Martin, Duane Stephenson, Rootz Underground, Dance Expressions and Dean Fraser’s All Star Band
All proceeds from this event will go towards the Asafa Powell Foundation which was launched in November 10. The foundation mandate is “Preparing today’s athletes to be tomorrow’s champion.”
