Pulse Full Figures take on the Dancehall
It’s down to the fabulous 14 on tonight’s brand new episode of Pulse Caribbean Model Search (CMS) Full Figure Reality TV Series on CVM TV.
After tackling fitness boot camp with Jamaican Olympian Juliet Cuthbert and cuddling creepy crawly critters at Hobby Hut for an intense photo shoot on the preceding episode, the ladies continue the momentum this week and get set for a spirited “dancehall adventure”.
In preparation for their dancehall date, the girls enroll in a movement tutorial with dance instructors Christina Gonzales and Christopher Byfield. The choreographers take the finalists through a vigorous workout exposing the divide between the girls who really know how to move and the ones who are rhythmically challenged and literally fall flat on their faces.
Come crunch time, the ladies are thrown a fashion curve ball and undergo unexpected ‘dramatic and colourful transformations’ to prepare them for the challenge photo shoot. Stealing quick looks in the mirror, some girls were shocked at the extreme change, “This is so not my personality at all and I would never have imagined ever that I would look like this…” says finalist Ayesha Dawes.
Nadine Nomdarkham however cheers her new look. “I love the outfit and the makeup. Paul March and his team did a great job and this challenge is going to be so much fun!” she declared with enthusiasm.
According to budding theatre star Carlene Taylor, “This challenge falls right in line with my portfolio as an actress and I know I am going to do very well. I absolutely love this transformation and can’t wait to get started!”
Some contestants are confident about their performances but will the CMS judges — Pulse CEO Kingsley Cooper, Pulse GM Romae Gordon and Social Scribe Chester Francis Jackson — be impressed with the results at eliminations?
Fourteen finalists: -Simone Clayton, Ayesha Dawes, Kayedine Kirlew, Kenisha Lewis, Cindy Lyons, Nadine Nomdarkham, Andrene Taylor, Marsha Robotham, Andrena Smith, Michelle Smith, Yolande Smith, Tadesha Snow, Carlene Taylor and Jodie-Ann Thomas will take on the dancehall to claim the challenge title and the revelations will play out on CVM TV at 9:00 pm tonight. Viewers will see who were the real movers and shakers and which of the fourteen finalists gets a failing grade for a challenge steeped in Jamaican dancehall culture.
