UTech exams
Dear Editor,
Jamaica’s culture of a freeness mentality is now officially sanctioned by the editor of this newspaper. The editorial on November 19 advocates the granting of exam rights by UTech to students who have not paid their exam fees.
So, Mr Editor, you give the delinquent students a “bligh” this year; what then do you do next year and the year after that, etc?
