According to Constable Peter Salkey, the police’s information officer for St James, Forbes was found with the weapon at about 1:45 pm during an operation carried out by the Area One Fraud Squad and the Special Operations Unit.
“The weapon, which has serial number, E13024, will be sent to the ballistics department for testing to determine if any crimes have been committed with it,” Salkey told the Observer.
