Creary, Eyo shine in Bigga/JISA Prep school football

Damion Creary and Daniel Eyo shared five goals for Wolmer's to thrash Rose Gordon 11-0 in action from the Bigga-sponsored JISA Prep School Football Competition at Alpha on Wednesday.
Creary netted a hat-trick, while Eyo scored a brace to set up Wolmer's big win. Despite the win, however, Wolmer's remained in third position on 11 points, four behind leaders Mona (15) and Quest (13).
In other Zone One matches, Emmanuel crushed Hopefield 6-0, Alpha stopped Alvernia 3-0, while Mona beat Portmore Missionary 2-0.
In Zone Two, St Hughs edged Grace Christian 2-1, while St Cecelia and Morris Knibb ended 0-0.
Trafalgar spanked Dunrobin 7-0 in action from Zone Three. Also in this same zone, Ardenne and Our Lady of the Angels ended 2-2, while Excel and SOS played to a 0-0 stalemate.
Stella Maris and Mavisville recorded 2-0 victories against Richmond Park and Splendor, respectively, in Zone Four.
Over in Zone Five, St Catherine scored a 5-0 win over Logan, while St Jago and Glowell secured identical 2-0 wins against Harrisons and Bright Beginnings, respectively. Belair beat Hydel 1-0 in the zone's other game.
Twenty-one matches will be played today, including Mona against Quest at UWI Bowl at 3:30 pm.
