Skeletal remains of man missing since July found

The skeletal remains of a man who was reported missing in July of last year were discovered yesterday at Forestry in Black Gully, rural St Andrew.

It has been identified as that of 60 year-old Michael Abraham of Bloxburgh district in the parish.

The Constabulary Communication Network reported that at about 1:30 pm yesterday, a farmer stumbled upon the remains and called the police.

Investigators later removed the remains for forensic analysis.
The Bull Bay police said that a length of rope, which was tied to a tree, and items of clothing worn by Abraham at the time he went missing were found at the scene.
