The Administrator will be overseeing day-to-day administration of pension funds to ensure that the funds operate effectively and meet performance, quality and customer care targets as well as complying with best practices where possible.  Other tasks include:

  • Developing pensions policy
  • Reporting to trustee, members of funds and advising on efficient management of fund’s assets
  • Meeting with actuaries, lawyers and other consultants
  • Developing information resources, such as leaflets etc
  • Preparing relevant paperwork for trustees Meetings
  • Supervising a team of Administrators
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Monitoring legislative changes as it relates to pension funds

 

Qualifications:

At least five (5) years experience in the field
Bachelors Degree Actuarial Science or equivalent

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Client Satisfaction Survey - to determine whether the clients and stakeholders are satisfied with the quality of Jamaica Trade and Invest (JTI’s) service delivery.

Staff Satisfaction - to measure job satisfaction levels and paint a portrait of employee attitudes and opinions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenders must:

  • Provide evidence of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Be registered with the National Contracts Commission( NCC)

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS:

The role
We are seeking to recruit a Head of Display and Agency Sales.

Job Summary

The Head of Display and Agency Sales will be responsible for the management of the Display and Agency Sales Executives to ensure achievement of the monthly sales targets and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

Among the duties and responsibilities attached to this position are:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the growth in sales of advertising space for the display and agency sales team;
  • Assisting the Advertising Manager with the development and implementation of the department's strategic plans and programmes;
  • Ensuring that the sales teams meet their assigned quotas for all products;
  • Producing monthly sales revenue reports and ad hoc reports that may be requested;

Qualifications and Experience
