Jamaica Trade and Invest invites qualified persons/firms to tender for contracts to conduct staff and client satisfaction surveys.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Client Satisfaction Survey - to determine whether the clients and stakeholders are satisfied with the quality of Jamaica Trade and Invest (JTI's) service delivery.
Staff Satisfaction - to measure job satisfaction levels and paint a portrait of employee attitudes and opinions.

Tender documents may be collected from the Policy and Corporate Development Department at Jamaica Trade and Invest, 18 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10. Documents will be available from Monday, June 8, 2009 to Friday, June 19, 2009 between the hours of 8:30 am to 4: 30 pm.
RETURN OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted using the double envelope system. Envelope A - Technical Offer and the other Envelope B - Financial Offer. Tenders must be hand delivered to JTI and placed in the tender box located in JTI's lobby.
Tenders must be submitted to Jamaica Trade and invest (JTI ) at 18 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10, no later than 2:00pm on Friday, June 19, 2009.
Public opening of tenders will follow at 2:15 pm in the Meeting Room, at Jamaica Trade and Invest on June 19, 2009.
