Applications are invited for the position of:
HOTEL & RESTAURANT TRAINER
The successful applicant will have full responsibility for the training and development of the Group's Food & Beverage Departments and should satisfy the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a motivator, an initiator and a trainer
- Must be able to lead and direct all areas of Food & Beverage and must be able to establish and maintain consistently high standards of training
- Must have a excellent track record in Food & Beverage Management
- Must be knowledgeable of Food & Beverage OS&E
- Must possess knowledge of various cuisines and services
- Must be able to write SOPs for all Food & Beverage Departments with the aim of increasing guests' satisfaction and revenue
- Must possess strong organizational and leadership skills
- A certified instructor with International experience would be a definite asset
- Formal qualifications and computer skills are desirable
