The successful applicant will have full responsibility for the training and development of the Group's Food & Beverage Departments and should satisfy the following minimum requirements:

Must be a motivator, an initiator and a trainer

Must be able to lead and direct all areas of Food & Beverage and must be able to establish and maintain consistently high standards of training

Must have a excellent track record in Food & Beverage Management

Must be knowledgeable of Food & Beverage OS&E

Must possess knowledge of various cuisines and services

Must be able to write SOPs for all Food & Beverage Departments with the aim of increasing guests' satisfaction and revenue

Must possess strong organizational and leadership skills

A certified instructor with International experience would be a definite asset

Formal qualifications and computer skills are desirable
