The role
We are seeking to recruit a Head of Display and Agency Sales.
Job Summary
The Head of Display and Agency Sales will be responsible for the management of the Display and Agency Sales Executives to ensure achievement of the monthly sales targets and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
Among the duties and responsibilities attached to this position are:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the growth in sales of advertising space for the display and agency sales team;
- Assisting the Advertising Manager with the development and implementation of the department's strategic plans and programmes;
- Ensuring that the sales teams meet their assigned quotas for all products;
- Producing monthly sales revenue reports and ad hoc reports that may be requested;
- Managing and motivating a team of dynamic sales executives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in Sales and/or Marketing or a first degree in Management or Business Administration with specialization in Sales and/or Marketing
- At least three (3) years experience in a sales management position.
Required Competencies
- The ability to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies/plans effectively.
- The ability to generate and analyze sales/revenue reports.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Superior supervisory management skills.
Special Conditions Associated with this Role
The successful candidate will be required to work irregular hours, travel extensively and be familiar with all parishes in Jamaica.
