There is still hope

Sunday, November 01, 2009

Dear Editor,
I felt pleased Thursday night while watching a programme on TVJ hosted by Mr Cliff Hughes. There were four young people (students), about seventeen or eighteen years old, expressing themselves in an unbelievably intelligent manner. I found this strange in today's Jamaica.

Why can't the others who decide "to live in the Gully and Gaza" follow these young ladies and gentlemen?

It is evident that these young people who were being interviewed were well brought up by their parents. If we still have young people like these then Jamaica still has a lot of hope.

I am asking that TVJ rebroadcasts the programme a few more times.
